NSW: Pregnant woman loses baby after struck by van

A pregnant woman who was hit by a van that careened onto a footpath on the New South
Wales central coast has lost her baby.

Police say the 29-year-old Ourimbah woman was hit while walking at Ourimbah yesterday morning.

She was treated at the scene for a suspected broken leg and pelvis .. before being
airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney for treatment.
